RetroBox can ask ChatGPT to summarize the main points of your retrospectives and the common retrospective themes across your whole company. To enable these two features, use the "RetroBox Settings" option in the shortcuts menu. However you must consider the following potential drawbacks of these features:

• We will only ask ChatGPT to summarize your retrospective if you have more than 8 feedback items to discuss and if you've enabled this feature.
• This will cause an extra delay when you publish your retrospective feedback.
• This means that we will call the ChatGPT API with your retrospective data. We use their paid API, which promises a good level of data privacy. Here is a quote from their policy page: "At OpenAI, protecting user data is fundamental to our mission. We do not train our models on inputs and outputs through our API."
• Enabling team-level summaries through ChatGPT is a pre-requisite for company-wide themes. Enabling company-wide themes will automatically enable team-level ChatGPT summaries. Note that for the "company-wide themes" feature to give you any results, you will need at least 2 teams or channels that have it enabled.
